Anti-Spam Statement
Clinical Dataset does not allow users to be subjected to nor tolerate their dispersal of unsolicited emails (spam). The company will not tolerate Spam and will terminate any member account that will violate our anti-Spam policy.
What is Spam?
In simple terms Spam (unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass e-mail, junk e-mail) is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship.
Email messages that are addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship, are considered as spam mails.
Sending one or multiple electronic messages once or repeatedly to any recipient without their expressed or implied consent; where the primary purpose of the message is to harass, bother, annoy, disturb, distract, offend, embarrass, threaten, coerce, or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to the recipient.
Users shall not engage in any spamming of any kind at any time. Clinical Dataset reserves the right to terminate the services of any user who engages in spamming. The website also reserves the right to block or filter mass solicitations through its services that constitute "spamming" as defined in this Policy, regardless of the source or origin of such mass solicitations.
